Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs are offered to customers who place an order on the EZALYA online store for an amount of 80 euros and more. Ezalya bears the shipping costs and ensures that your order is delivered to you quickly by La Poste, Assendia, Chronopost or DHL. The delivery speed varies according to the country of destination of the order:

(1) This delivery time is different if you order the same day or the day before week-end and national days. Please allow 1-3 additional business days for delivery.

(2) This delivery period applies to orders for which payment has been made by an immediate payment method. This applies to all payment methods except bank transfer

Tracking control

As soon as your package is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. It contains information that allows you to track your order.

Customs duties and import taxes

All prices include 7.7% VAT. Shipments outside the EU are subject to Swiss VAT. If you are located outside the EU, your order may be subject to local VAT and / or (import) taxes. These are your responsibility. Due to the complexity of the regulations, we are unable to estimate these additional costs in advance. If an order is refused, you are also responsible for additional shipping charges, import taxes, and return charges.

Returns

Returning products is possible within 30 days of receiving your order. Please attach a completed withdrawal and withdrawal form to your return package. See also all information on returns.
